Ficom Organics to merge with Coromandel Fertilisers, merger ratio 3:11

Ficom Organics Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 17, 2006, has approved the following:

1. Scheme of Amalgamation (Scheme) of the Company and Rasilah Investments Ltd (Wholly owned subsidiary Company) with Coromandel Fertilisers Ltd.

2. As per the Scheme, shareholders of the Company will be entitled for 3 Equity Shares of Coromandel Fertilisers Ltd for every 11 Equity Shares held by them of the Company.
