CMS Info Systems Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 4.75

The Board of Directors of CMS Info Systems Limited have recommended a Final Dividend of Rs. 4.75/- (Rupees Four Rupees seventy five paise Only) i.e. 47.5% per equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- each for financial year 2022-23, subject to approval of members of the Company at the ensuing 16th (Sixteenth) Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of the Company.
