Bajaj Electricals Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 4

The Board of directors of Bajaj Electricals Limited at its Meeting has recommended a final dividend at the rate of Rs.4.00 per share (200%) of face value of Rs.2/- each on equity shares of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2023, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing 84th Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company.

The register of members and share transfer books will remain closed from Saturday, July 29, 2023, to Thursday, August 10, 2023 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the ensuing AGM and payment of dividend to be declared thereat.

Shares of Bajaj Electricals Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1202.10 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1180.80. The total number of shares traded during the day was 9130 in over 946 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1218.45 and intraday low of 1180.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 10976940.00.
