Greaves Cotton Board declares 20% interim dividend

Greaves Cotton Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 19, 2006, inter alia, has declared the First Interim Dividend at the rate of 20% i.e. Rs 2/- per share.

Further the Company has informed that, the Company is in the process of setting up two new manufacturing Units, one at Aurangabad (Maharashtra) for manufacture of diesel engines and the other at Gummidipoondi (Tamil Nadu) for manufacture of construction equipments.
