The board of directors of Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizers and Chemicals Ltd has recommended a Dividend of Rs. 30/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each Fully Paid Up (@300%) for the Financial Year ended 31st March, 2023, subject to approval of Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
