Arvind Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 3.75 and special dividend of Rs. 2

The board of directors of Arvind Ltd has recommended the following dividend for the financial year ended 31st March, 2023, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ('AGM'):

a) Final dividend of Rs.3.75/-per equity share of the face value of Rs.10/- each;

b) One-time special dividend of Rs.2/- per equity share of the face value of Rs.10/- each.

Accordingly, the total dividend for the financial year ended on 31st March, 2023 amounts to Rs.5.75/-per equity share of the face value of Rs. 10/- each.

Shares of Arvind Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 116.40 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 112.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 567164 in over 7051 trades.
