Safari Industries India Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 2

The Board of Directors of Safari Industries India Ltd has recommended final dividend of Rs. 2/- (100%) per equity share of Rs. 2/- each for the financial year 2022-23. The said dividend shall be subject to the approval of the Members of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The aforesaid dividend, if approved by the Members of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, will be paid on or before 30th September 2023.
