Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd (HDFC) has announced the following Unaudited results for the quarter ended September 30, 2006:
The Company has posted a net profit of Rs 3680.20 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2006 as compared to Rs 2989.80 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2005. Total Income has increased from Rs 10484.50 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2005 to Rs 14563.30 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2006.
The Board also approved to set up a company in the name and style of HDFC Property Ventures Ltd for undertaking the business of managing property funds subject to receipt of requisite approvals.
