Shreeji Translogistics Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.20

The Board of Directors of Shreeji Translogistics Ltd has, at its meeting held today i.e. on Tuesday, 16th May, 2023, has recommended a final dividend at the rate of 10% (i.e. Re. 0.20/- per Equity Share of Rs. 2/- each) for the financial year ended 31st March, 2023, subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
