KSB Ltd updates on additional factory shed at Sinnar

KSB Ltd is in the process of constructing a new shed in the available space at its Sinnar plant at Nasik, Maharashtra.

The proposed construction of shed is to optimise the use of the available space at the said plant. At present, the use of proposed shed is intended for raw material storage, small sub-assemblies, Manufacturing of Global pumps series and Solar products along with the activities like painting, testing and packing.

The existing capacity of 1,95,000 Pumps per year is running at a capacity utilization of 93%. The proposed addition of 30% increase in the capacity of Global pump manufacturing is expected due to this expansion. The construction of the shed is expected to be completed by March 2024.

The investment on the above project is INR 320 Million tentatively. The project will be funded through internal accruals.

Shares of Ksb Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 2177.30 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2196.60. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1203 in over 373 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 2220.10 and intraday low of 2165.55. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2628158.00.
