Nidhi Granites Limited has completed the acquisition of 100% Equity Shares of Yug Fashion Garments Private Limited (CIN: U17200GJ2022PTC134201) on 10th May, 2023 as approved by the Board on the said date.

Due to above acquisition "Yug Fashion Garments Private limited" has become wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.

Yug Fashion Garments Private Limited was incorporated on 25th July, 2022 and is currently engaged in the business of Textile and Trading. The last year turnover is expected to be around INR 1.9cr. The Company has operations only in India.
