Gujarat Ambuja Exports Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.70

The board of directors of Gujarat Ambuja Exports Ltd in its meeting held on 6th May, 2023 recommended Final Dividend @ 70% i.e. Rs. 0.70/- per equity shares of Rs. 1/- each for financial year 2022-23, subject to the approval of Members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. We shall inform you in due course, the date on which the Company will hold Annual General Meeting for the financial year ended 31st March, 2023 and the date from which dividend, if approved by the members, will be paid or warrants thereof will be dispatched to the members.
