AGI Greenpac Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 5

The Board of directors of AGI Greenpac Ltd has recommended payment of Dividend @ 250% i.e. Rs.5 (Rupees Five) per equity share of Rs.2/- each for the year ended 31st March, 2023 subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the 63rd Annual General Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on 31st August, 2023 and the same will be credited/dispatched on or before 8th September, 2023 to the shareholders entitled for the same.
