Sprayking Agro Equipment Ltd allots 42,27,177 bonus shares

Pursuant to the resolution passed by the shareholders of the Company through postal ballot on 21st April, 2023 for issue of bonus shares, the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on May 2, 2023, has approved the allotment of 42,27,177 (Forty-Two Lakhs Twenty-Seven Thousand One Hundred and Seventy-Seven) Equity shares of Rs. 10/- each as fully paid up bonus equity shares, to the members whose name appeared in the register of members / list of beneficial owners as on April 30, 2023, being the record date fixed for the purpose.

Consequently, the paid up equity share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 6,34,07,690/- consisting of 63,40,769 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 10,56,79,460/- consisting of 1,05,67,946 equity shares of Rs. 10/-each.

The shares so allotted shall rank pari passu with the existing Equity Shares of the Company.
