Patanjali Foods Ltd inks MOU with Telangana Government for food processing unit

Patanjali Foods Limited (Formerly known as Ruchi Soya Industries Limited) ("the Company") has signed a non-binding and non-enforceable Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on April 29, 2023 with the Government of Telangana for establishment of a food processing unit at Uppalancha village in Nalgonda district with capital investment of Rs. 1,050 Crores.

Shares of Patanjali Foods Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 940.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 935.90. The total number of shares traded during the day was 7688 in over 420 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 945.00 and intraday low of 925.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 7180918.00.
