NDL Ventures Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 2

The Board of Directors of NDL Ventures Limited at their Meeting held today i.e. on April 28, 2023 has, recommended a final dividend of Rs. 2 per share i.e. 20% of face value of share for the financial year ended March 31, 2023 subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
