Ramkrishna Forgings Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 0.50

The Board of Directors of Ramkrishna Forgings Ltd has declared 4th Interim Dividend of Re. 0.50/- per Equity Share of Rs. 2/- each for the Financial Year 2022-23.

The said dividend will be paid within 30 days from the date of declaration.

The Board of Directors fixed Tuesday, 9 May, 2023 as the Record Date for the purpose of payment of 4th Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2022-23 to be paid to the eligible shareholders.
