The Board of Directors of The Indian Hotels Company Ltd at their meeting held on April 27, 2023, have recommended a dividend of Rs. 1/- per Equity Share of Rs. 1/- each fully paid up of the Company @ 100 % (previous year Rs. 0.40/- per Equity Share of Rs. 1/- each fully paid up @ 40%), subject to the approval of the Members at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
