Oracle Financial Services Software Ltd approves interim dividend of Rs. 225

The Board of Directors of Oracle Financial Services Software Ltd at its meeting held today, has approved an Interim Dividend for the financial year 2022-23 of Rs. 225/- per equity share of face value of Rs. 5/- each.

The board also fixed Tuesday, May 9, 2023 as the Record Date for the purpose of said Interim Dividend. The board decided that the Interim Dividend be paid on or before Thursday, May 25, 2023 to the Shareholders whose names appear on the list of members of the Company as at the close of business on Tuesday, May 9, 2023.

Shares of Oracle Financial Services Software Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 3465.90 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 3413.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2220 in over 660 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 3475.00 and intraday low of 3408.95. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 7653868.00.
