ICICI Securities Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 9.25

The Board of Directors of ICICI Securities Ltd, at its Meeting held today i.e. April 19, 2023, approved the recommendation of final dividend of Rs. 9.25 (Rupees Nine and Twenty Five Paise only) per equity share of face value of Rs. 5/- each to the Shareholders of the Company which shall be subject to their approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

Shares of ICICI Securities Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 461.10 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 464.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 12385 in over 1016 trades.
