Kalpataru Power Transmission Ltd to change name as Kalpataru Projects International Ltd

Based on the availability of name, the Board of Directors on 10th April, 2023 have approved change of name of the Company from Kalpataru Power Transmission Limited to 'Kalpataru Projects International Limited'.

Such change of name will be subject to approval of members, Ministry of Corporate Affairs and such other applicable statutory / regulatory authorities.

Shares of Kalpataru Power Transmission Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 518.80 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 519.50. The total number of shares traded during the day was 4078 in over 505 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 527.75 and intraday low of 510.15. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2127349.00.
