SEPC Ltd to form subsidiary in Saudi Arabia

SEPC Ltd has announced that a Services Investment License has been obtained to incorporate a 100% subsidiary namely - SIBC Limited Company, in Saudi Arabia for the purpose of exploiting the market potential in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia as well as strengthen our presence in Gulf Cooperation Council region (GCC) using SEPC`s qualifications and promoter MARK AB experience in that region.

The Objects of SIBC shall be to execute EPC Contracting Services.

Shares of Shriram EPC Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 11.33 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 11.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 518525 in over 1472 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 11.91 and intraday low of 11.24. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 5985646.00.
