The Board of Directors of Prerna Infrabuild Limited at their meeting held on Thursday, April 06, 2023, fixed i.e. Friday, April 21, 2023 as the Record Date for the purpose of determining the equity shareholders who are entitled to receive the Rights Entitlements Rights Issue of the Company.

Total number of Equity Shares and Rights Issue size: 2,40,85,020 fully paid-up Equity Shares for amount aggregating to Rs. 48,17,00,400.

Rights Issue Price: Rs. 20/- per fully paid-up Equity Share (including a premium of Rs. 10/- per Equity Share).

Rights entitlement ratio: 02 (Two) Rights Equity Share for every 01 (one) fully paid-up Equity Share held by the eligible shareholders as on the Record Date.

Record date: April 21, 2023 (Friday) for the purpose of determining the equity shareholders entitled to receive the rights entitlement in the Rights Issue ("Eligible Equity Shareholders").
