Areva T&D to Transfer non T&D business to AIPL

Areva T&D India Ltd has announced that following transfer of non T&D business to ALSTOM Industrial Products Ltd (AIPL), under the sanctioned Scheme of Arrangement, the entire shareholding of the Company in AIPL has been transferred to ALSTOM Energy Ltd (nominees of ALSTOM), for a consideration of Rs 414,349,700/-.
