Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy Ltd emerges as successful bidder for work of Solar PV Project worth ~INR 2,100 Crore

Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy Limited ("the Company") has emerged as successful bidder for the BOS package comprising of four (4) blocks of 300MW(AC) each in the proposed 1200MW Solar PV Project of NTPC Renewable Energy Limited at Khavda RE Power Park, Rann of Kutch, Gujarat with an aggregate capacity of ~ 1500 MW (DC). The total bid value, including O&M for 3 years, would be ~ INR 2,100 Crore (inclusive of taxes).

The formal NOAs and contract signing is likely to happen in due course.

Shares of Sterling And Wilson Solar Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 299.40 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 312.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 17663 in over 990 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 312.05 and intraday low of 296.50. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 5353124.00.
