IndiaMART InterMESH Ltd to divest its stake in Ten Times Online Pvt Ltd

IndiaMART InterMESH Limited (hereinafter referred as 'Company') has entered into a Share Purchase Agreement dated March 16, 2023 to disinvest its entire 30% stake in Equity Share Capital of Ten Times Online Private Limited (hereinafter referred as "Ten Times") by way of sale of 18,701 equity shares. Pursuant to sale of equity shares, Ten Times would cease to be an Associate of the Company.

The Company has agreed to sell 18,701 equity shares for a consideration of Rs. 12,10,000/- (Rupees Twelve Lakhs Ten Thousand Only).

Shares of Indiamart Intermesh Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 4802.10 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 4739.20. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2186 in over 812 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 4866.25 and intraday low of 4671.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 10463476.00.
