Dishman Pharmaceuticals & Chemicals Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 18, 2006, inter alia, strongly acknowledges the performance of CARBOGEN AMCIS AG, (a research and hi-potent product manufacturing Company as acquired by the Company in August, 2006 and whose results are consolidated with the results of the Company during the quarter ended September 30, 2006) and members of the Board of the Company also commended the team of CARBOGEN AMCIS AG for their extra ordinary performance, by passing a specific resolution to that effect.
