Spandana Sphoorty Financial Ltd approves NCD issue of upto Rs. 125 crores

The Management Committee of the Board of Directors of Spandana Sphoorty Financial Limited at its meeting held on Friday, March 10, 2023 has considered and approved the issuance of Senior, Secured, Rated, Listed, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures up to Rs.125,00,00,000/- (Rupees One Hundred and Twenty-Five crore only) on a private placement basis.
