Muthoot Finance Ltd approves fund raising of Rs. 6500 crores

The Board of Directors of Muthoot Finance Limited at their meeting held today at the registered office of the Company has considered and approved raising of funds by issuance of Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures, through private placement, for an amount upto INR 6,500 Crores to be issued in one or more tranches as may be decided by the Board of Directors or a committee thereof from time to time.

Shares of Muthoot Finance Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 948.50 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 953.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 16510 in over 2600 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 950.00 and intraday low of 935.60. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 15601169.00.
