Natural Capsules Ltd's holding in Natural Biogenex Pvt Ltd to 89.99%

Polson Tie-up Private Limited have invested Rs. 6,26,62,500/- (Rupees Six Crore Twenty Six Lakhs Sixty Thousand Five Hundred Only) in Subsidiary Company M/S Natural Biogenex Private Limited, at a pre money valuation of Rs. 243.75 Cr.

The Board of M/S Natural Biogenex Private Limited (Subsidiary) on their meeting held today i.e. 07.03.2023 have considered and approved Allotment of 5,57,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each at Rs. 112.50 per shares to M/S Polson Tie-up Private Limited.

Post the above allotment, Natural Capsules Limited's shareholding will be reduced to 89.99% (1,99,99,999 shares) and other investors will be holding 10.01% (22,24,001 shares) in Natural Biogenex Private Limited.

Shares of NATURAL CAPSULES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 404.60 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 398.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 6126 in over 195 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 411.00 and intraday low of 400.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2479384.00.
