Linde India Ltd updates on investment in FPEL Surya Private Limited

Linde India Ltd has invested a sum of Rs. 76.95 million in FPEL Surya Private Limited towards subscription of 15,39,000 equity shares (26%) of face value Rs. 10/- each (allotted at a premium of Rs. 40/- each).

FPEL Surya Private Limited was incorporated on 11th September 2021 and is engaged in the business of establishing, commissioning, setting operation and generation of electricity through renewable energy source such as wind, solar, and/or any other means in India or elsewhere, including transmission, distribution, supply and sale of such power either directly or through transmission lines and facilities of central/state Governments or Private companies or Electricity Broad to industries and to Central/State Government and other consumers of electricity including captive consumption.

Shares of Linde India Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 3717.90 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 3722.40. The total number of shares traded during the day was 668 in over 178 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 3768.50 and intraday low of 3703.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2487887.00.
