Sinclairs Hotels Ltd sells land in Kolkata for Rs. 27 crores

Sinclairs Hotels Ltd had earlier informed regarding entering into a conditional sale agreement for transfer of Company's one acre of land (approximately) situated in Action Area I B, New Town, Kolkata 700 156, for a total consideration of Rs 27,00,00,000 (Rupees Twenty Seven Crore only).

The above sale transaction has now been concluded successfully and the entire sale consideration of Rs. 27,00,00,000 (Rupees Twenty Seven crore only) has been received by the Company. The conveyance deed along with necessary documentation for transfer of the property has been executed and registered with the Office of Sub Registrar, West Bengal on March 02, 2023.

Shares of SINCLAIRS HOTELS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 102.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 98.10. The total number of shares traded during the day was 4201 in over 86 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 104.90 and intraday low of 98.15. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 426866.00.
