Foseco India Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 25

The Board of Directors of Foseco India Ltd has recommended for approval of the Members at the next Annual General Meeting of the Company, a final dividend of Rs. 25/- (250%) on a paid-up equity share of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year ended 31 December 2022, plus a one-time special dividend of Rs. 15/- (150%) giving a total final dividend of Rs. 40/- (400%) per share. The one-time special dividend is recommended on completion of 65 years of the Company in the current year 2023.
