The company has received the Final Listing Approval for the migration of Equity Shares of "NINTEC SYSTEMS LIMITED" from the BSE SME Platform to the Main Board of BSE Limited vide Notice No. 20230217-13 and NSE Limited vide Letter No. NSE/LIST/ 38, dated 17th February 2023.

The Equity Shares of the Company shall be listed and admitted to dealings on the Exchanges, BSE Limited and NSE Limited w.e.f. Tuesday, 21st February 2023.
