Satyam Computer Promoters deny sale of stake

Satyam Computer Services Ltd has announced the following:

"This has reference to the reports by various sources on the sale of stake by Satyam promoters to a global systems integrator. Satyam vehemently denies any such possibility and wishes to put to rest any rumors of having entertained in the past, directly or indirectly, any such talk or dialogue with any global systems integrator, nor does it intend to do so, as it considers the same to be not in the best interests of its stakeholders."
