NCL Industries Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 1.50

The Board of directors of NCL Industries Ltd has declared Interim Dividend of Rs. 1.50 per share (i.e 15%) on the Equity Share of Rs.10/- each for the financial year 2022-23.

The Interim Dividend will be paid to the equity shareholders of the Company whose names appear in the Register of Members of the Company as on Thursday, the 23rd February, 2023. (Record Date)
