Clean Science and Technology Ltd Board approves Dividend of Rs. 2

The Board of Directors of Clean Science and Technology Ltd at their meeting held today viz. Thursday, 2nd February, 2023, Declared Interim Dividend of Rs.2/- (200%) per Equity Share of the face value of Rs.1/- each for the financial year 2022-23.

The interim dividend shall be paid to the equity shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Member of the Company as on 10th February, 2023 being Record Date fixed for the purpose. The interim dividend will be paid on 23rd February, 2023.

Shares of Clean Science and Technology Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1376.20 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1381.10. The total number of shares traded during the day was 7589 in over 2352 trades.
