Firstsource Solutions Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 3.50

The Board of Directors of Firstsource Solutions Ltd at their meeting held today have declared an Interim Dividend for the financial year ending 31st March 2023 @ Rs. 3.50 per share (35%) on the paid up capital of the Company. The record date for the purpose of determining the members eligible to receive the said interim dividend has been fixed as Friday, 17th February 2023.

Shares of Firstsource Solutions Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 108.20 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 107.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 132974 in over 2222 trades.
