Jubilant Ingrevia Ltd Board approves Dividend of Rs. 2.50

The Board of directors of Jubilant Ingrevia Ltd has declared an Interim Dividend of Rs.2.50 per equity share of Re. 1 each on the paid-up Equity Share capital of the Company for the Financial Year 2022-23.

The Board has fixed Friday, February 10, 2023 as 'Rec ate' for the purpose of ascertaining eligibility of the shareholders for payment of Interim Dividend.

Shares of Jubilant Ingrevia Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 488.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 472.90. The total number of shares traded during the day was 43735 in over 2749 trades.
