Calcom Vision Ltd inks JV agreement with Taehwa Enterprises India Pvt Ltd

Calcom Vision Limited has on January 23, 2023, executed a joint venture agreement with Taehwa Enterprises India Private Limited. TAEHWA is a South Korean multinational company headquartered in Busan, South Korea. It comprises numerous affiliated businesses spread across 8 countries around the world. Taehwa is a pioneer in BLDC motor technology.

Taehwa started operations in India in 2004 and within a short period of time, it has become one of the leading Electromechanical Manufacturing Services (EMS) provider companies in the country.

Shares of CALCOM VISION LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 148.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 150.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 3660 in over 61 trades.
