KIOCL updates on mining lease

The company has announced that the Mining Lease deed document executed between Govt. of Karnataka and KIOCL Limited for the grant of a mining lease for Iron Ore and Manganese Ore, over an extent of 388 ha for a period of 50 years in Devadari Range, Sandur Taluk, Ballari District, Karnataka State, has been registered at the Office of Sub-Registrar, Sandur Tq on 18.01.2023 by paying the total amount of Rs. 329.17 Crores which includes the stamp duty, cess on stamps and fees for registering documents.

Shares of KIOCL Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 215.10 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 214.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 4094 in over 256 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 219.35 and intraday low of 215.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 888044.00.
