Welspun Enterprises Ltd approves one time special dividend of Rs. 7.50

The Board of Directors of Welspun Enterprises Limited at its meeting held on December 30, 2022 have approved to pay One Time Special Dividend ("Dividend") of Rs. 7.50 (Rupees Seven and Fifty Paise Only) per equity share of the face value of Rs.10/- each at the rate of 75% for the financial year 2022-23. The Dividend will be paid to the shareholders who are holding equity shares of the Company on the record date i.e., Wednesday, January 11, 2023. It will be paid on or after January 20, 2023.

Shares of Welspun Enterprises Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 166.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 166.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 199938 in over 2892 trades.
