Deep Industries Ltd makes further investment in Deep Onshore Services Pvt Ltd

Deep Industries Limited ("The Company") has made further investment of Rs 3,00,00,000/- (Rupees Three Crores only) in Deep Onshore Services Private Limited, its wholly owned subsidiary on 30th December, 2022. Upon completion of the acquisition, Deep Onshore Services Private Limited (DOSPL) will continue to be wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.

DOSPL was incorporated on 23rd June, 2020 as a wholly owned subsidiary of DIL engaged in the business of Mining Support Services activities.

Shares of Deep Industries Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 280.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 265.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 15833 in over 1085 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 284.70 and intraday low of 265.30. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 4397850.00.
