MKVentures Capital Limited (formerly "IKAB SECURITIES AND INVESTMENT LIMITED") has entered into a Share Purchase Agreement ("SPA"), with Parthasarathi Investment Advisors Private Limited ("PIAPL") in connection with the investment by the Company in Destination Properties Private Limited ("DPPL") by way of the acquisition of 100% equity shares of DPPL from PIAPL.

Destination Properties Private Limited ("DPPL"), DPPL is into business of Real Estate development in Gurgaon and is exploring avenues for various investments / development of opportunities.

Shares of MKVentures Capital Limited (formerly "IKAB SECURITIES AND INVESTMENT LIMITED") was last trading in BSE at Rs. 865.90 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 908.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 871 in over 102 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 906.00 and intraday low of 863.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 759082.00.
