A meeting of the Board of Directors of Secur Credentials Ltd is scheduled on 28/12/2022, to consider and approve the acquisition.

The board will consider acquisition of M/s Du Point Loyalty Distribution Private Limited, either by consideration for Cash or issuance of Fully paid-up Equity shares of Unistar Multimedia Ltd and fix Date of Extra-ordinary General Meeting, if above agenda is approved, alongwith Notice of the said Meeting.

The board will consider any other agenda, with permission of chair.
