A meeting of the Board of Directors of WIPRO LTD is scheduled on 13/01/2023, to consider and approve the condensed audited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company under lndAS for the quarter ending December 31, 2022.

The board will also consider the condensed audited consolidated financial results of the Company under IFRS for the quarter ending December 31, 2022 and declaration of interim dividend, if any, for the financial year 2022-23.
