HDFC Bank Ltd to announce Q3 FY23 results on Jan 14, 2023

A meeting of the Board of Directors of HDFC Bank Limited ('the Bank') will be held on Saturday, January 14, 2023 to consider the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the third quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2022.

The trading window for dealing in the securities of the Bank will remain closed from December 24, 2022 to January 16, 2023 (both days inclusive) for the designated employees, directors, etc.
