Infosys Ltd to announce Q3FY23 results on Jan 12, 2023

A meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/01/2023, to consider and approve the audited consolidated financial results of the Company and its subsidiaries as per Indian Accounting Standards (INDAS) for the quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2022.

The board will approve and take on record the audited standalone financial results of the Company as per INDAS for the quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2022

The board will also approve and take on record the audited financial statements of the Company and its subsidiaries as per INDAS and IFRS for the quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2022.
