Jet Freight Logistics Ltd approves 1:1 rights issue

The Board of Directors of Jet Freight Logistics Limited ("Board") at its meeting held on 27th October, 2022, had approved the raising of funds through issue of Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 5/- each ("Equity Shares") on rights basis to the existing shareholders of the Company ("Rights Issue").

The Right Issue Committee of the Company, in its meeting held on 14th December, 2022, at shorter notice, has approved the issue of 2,32,01,892 equity shares of face value Rs. 5/- each at an issue price of Rs. 16.25/- per equity share, aggregating to an amount of Rs. 37,70,30,745/- (Thirty-Seven Crore Seventy Lakh Thirty Thousand Seven Hundred and Forty-Five only) by way of a rights issue to the existing equity shareholders of the Company in the ratio of 1 (one) fully paid-up equity share for every 1 (one) fully paid-up equity share held by existing shareholders as on the record date ("Record date") to be decided by the Board of Directors/Committee at a later date.
