Hindusthan Udyog Ltd updates on loan

Hindusthan Udyog Ltd has entered into Loan Agreement (as "Borrower") with Axis Finance Limited for Fund based Facility of Rs. 4,000.00 Lakhs. Pursuant to the above the Loan amount of Rs. 2,972.06 Lakhs was disbursed to it on December 12, 2022.

The security provided to the lender is Mortgage of Property, being purchased provided to the Lender against Loan Facility Pledge of 2,90,000 Fully paid up Equity Shares of WPIL Limited.
